In addition to its prime location, The Park at Allens Creek provides its tenants with a wide variety of on site support services. The complex is managed by a full-time on-site manager, Laura Pearce. Laura has been taking care of tenant's needs for many years and her office is located in Building 120 of the complex.

The complex is also served by 3 full-time maintenance staff members who attend to all tenants needs in a timely and professional manner. These three respond to any facility concerns that arise as well as work with outside contractors in maintaining the facilities and the grounds which truly allows the complex to call itself "The Park".

The Park at Allens Creek also employs a security officer.
