After working as a project manager for Citibank and later a branch facilities manager for First Federal, Laura Pearce joined Home Properties in 1996 as a property manager taking on the management of a wide variety of commercial properties from office to retail. She soon added leasing to her professional accomplishments.

In the summer of 1999, Laura moved to The Park At Allens Creek as property manager and leasing agent when The Park came under new ownership. When the commercial management group of Home Properties became Home Leasing in January 2004 Laura stayed on with the group to continue managing The Park. She takes a high personal interest in providing excellent service to all tenants and directs the maintenance staff, security and contractors in a team approach to insure tenant satisfaction.

Laura is currently a member of the Rochester Area Chapter - New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, and is active with the Brighton Chamber of Commerce.
